Due to the nature of consumable products, we have a limited return policy.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect

• You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged after delivery

Replacement
We may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on the situation.
